Duisburg, 14 June 2010. Dr Matthias Daum, COO of CWS-boco International, and the CFO, Dr Oliver Wolff, today asked Haniel’s Management Board to terminate their contracts for personal reasons. With Maximilian Teichner having become the new CEO back in April, there is now a completely new team heading up CWS-boco International.

Today Andreas Heinze, CEO of CWS-boco International, asked Haniel's Management Board to terminate his contract immediately for personal reasons. The Management Board has agreed, and has appointed Maximilian Teichner, Head of the Haniel department Corporate Development/M&A, as his successor.

Duisburg, 25 March 2010. “Now it’s a showroom“ is the theme for CWS-boco’s appearance at the ISSA/Interclean 2010 (26-29 April in Amsterdam). The specialist for washroom hygiene and textile services will present the world’s first towel dispenser with integrated monitor – the CWS Paradise Dry NT Screen at the leading European trade fair for the cleaning industry. This dispenser allows advertising clips, corporate news or other audiovisual content to be shown per video in the washroom. CWS-boco will also present the current boco clothing collections live in several fashion shows. The Cocktail Bar at our stand in Hall 9, stand no. 09.303 will give visitors the opportunity to speak to the experts in washroom hygiene and professional workwear about new products and market trends.
Duisburg/Zurich | 11.03.2010 | CWS-boco test first Iveco Service vehicle with electric drive
Duisburg/Zurich, 11 March 2010. Yesterday, CWS-boco International GmbH took their first delivery vehicle with an electric drive into operation. The company, specialised in washroom hygiene products and textile services, will conduct a 4-week test to determine whether the electric vehicles are suited for use in service logistics. Specific vehicle features will be tested, such as acceleration behaviour and braking response as well as fuel consumption, operating distance and efficiency. If the results are positive, the company plans to supplement its service fleet over a medium-term period with CO2-neutral electric vehicles.
Dreieich | 12.02.2010 | CWS-boco donate surgical clothing for relief efforts in crisis regions
Dreieich, 12 February 2010. CWS-boco, specialist for professional workwear and washroom hygiene solutions, donate 6,500 items of surgical clothing to Mercy Ships and their partner organisation Humedica. Mercy Ships will use the clothing on their hospital ship named MS Africa Mercy. The partner organisation Humedica is active predominantly onshore in crisis regions, among others in the earthquake-stricken Haiti. With their donation, CWS-boco provide support to the aid teams on site and prove again their corporate social responsibility.
