CWS-boco International

Mr. Teichner has been Chairman of the executive board of CWS-boco International since April 2010. Prior to this, Mr. Teichner held various executive positions in the Haniel group, as well as with Deutsche Bank both in Germany and abroad. As Area Director Corporate Development & New Markets with Xella International, Mr. Teichner was responsible among other things for developing all activities in China as well as the construction of new facilities in Eastern Europe. At the beginning of 2008, Mr. Teichner became head of Corporate Development / M&A at Franz Haniel & Cie GmbH.

is responsible for Corporate Operations, Logistics and Supply at CWS-boco International. Peter Taylor has worked for the company since 2004 and has been responsible for CWS-boco´s business activities in China until now. Prior to this, the New Zealand-born worked for various companies, including the Unilever Group where he worked for several years.

Philipp Neuhaus is responsible for the Finance, Controlling, Accounting and Riskmanagement at CWS-boco International. He joined the Haniel Group eight years ago and occupied managerial positions at the then Xella Corporate Division until October 2009. In March 2010 Philipp Neuhaus took on the position as CFO of CWS-boco Germany, which was taken over by Dr. Ulrich David January 1st 2011.
