A+A, the international trade fair for safety, security and health at work, is taking place in Duesseldorf from 18 to 22 October. CWS-boco is presenting industry-specific protective gear designed to offer the best possible protection. Companies can outsource the added time and effort of washing and maintaining protective clothing to specialized full-service suppliers like CWS-boco. In doing so, they place into professional hands the responsibility of having proper protective gear ready and available at all times. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is checked on a regular basis, gently washed and processed in proprietary high-tech laundry facilities and delivered to the customer. At the A+A, CWS-boco will be happy advise company representatives on rental clothing packages tailored to meet specific needs and requirements. This year, the supplier for washroom hygiene solutions and textile rental services can be found in a special exhibition space at the A+A trade fair: hall 05, stands F17 and G 24, which are connected by a striking accessible washing-machine drum.

Duisburg, 5 May 2011. An online survey by CWS-boco on the subject of hygiene habits in German operations and companies in various industry sectors showed an urgent need for education with regard to targeted, company-wide hygiene precautions. 45 percent of all survey participants said that they did not have a workplace pandemic plan in place. CWS-boco would like to provide increased education on this topic, using the occasion of International Hand Hygiene Day to provide information on hand hygiene to help keep companies from suffering loss of work due to swine flu and other illnesses. The website www.haendehygiene.de provides company representatives with informatiion on the first precautionary measures for comprehensive pandemic planning. Users can also take part in a hygiene quiz and thus qualify to win a hygiene package consisting of flyers, stickers and posters. This is the first step towards a “healthier“ company.
