Nexolon Solar built a new 240,000 square-foot plant in San Antonio, TX. This is the Korea-based solar panel manufacturing company's first office built in America. HTS provided an HVAC solution that ended up saving the owner millions of dollars.

HTS was chosen for this project based on our value engineering. The owner had pre-purchased equipment that had to be canceled. HTS then had to order the new equipment while still maintaining the current schedule of the project. Despite these problems, HTS was still able to keep the original system design and saved Nexolon over $5 million in first costs.

HTS provided five, 300-ton Innovent custom air handlers totaling 75,000 CFM. Eight Neptronics outdoor gas humidifiers were also provided, totaling 810 lbs/hr. Neptronics makes the largest outdoor gas humidifier in the industry. On top of that, 7 Daikin packaged rooftop systems were installed, along with Krueger VAV boxes and Twin City exhaust fans.
