In 2015, Special Olympics Texas opened their new headquarters facility in Northeast Austin. The 20,000 square foot headquarters, named the Christi Stanley building, includes training rooms, housing facilities, conference rooms and event spaces. HTS was chosen as basis of design to equip this new construction with an energy- and cost-efficient HVAC system.
A Daikin Maverick II packaged rooftop unit and Daikin Rebel rooftop unit were installed, along with Krueger VAVs, GRDs, and a Distech controls system to allow for easy operation by building owners.
