The HVAC industry is on the cusp of another refrigerant transition. Growing concern for Climate Change and the impacts of refrigerants used in HVAC and other applications has driven the industry to develop new solutions. There is no question that lowering HFC emissions is the right choice for the planet and legislation to do this is in place world-wide. Learn more about the most current regulatory activities in North America and the work with alternative refrigerants. The two most common refrigerants we use today, R410A and R134a, will be phased down over the next 15 years. We will discuss the new options coming to the market and where they will be applied.
