Thomas McLaughlin

A founding partner of DXS and HTS Principal, Thomas brought to the firm a dozen years of experience working in various corporate and sales roles at Lennox Industries.  A highlight of Thomas’ time while at Lennox was spending two years in Salt Lake City, Utah, working to position the company during the surge in construction preparing for the 2002 Winter Olympics.

A graduate of Sam Houston State University with a degree in International Business. Thomas’ primary responsibility is to manage the DXS business across North America. His secondary responsibility is a principal in the greater HTS organization.

The only things he might enjoy more than helping to grow the business are aviation and boating. On weekends, chances are you can find Thomas somewhere on Lake Travis – Austin’s playground – having fun with friends and family.
