The Air Canada SOC centre will serve as a state of the art “nerve center” for the airline. Everything from managing emergency detours, booking crews to routing cargo will be done at the new location. The main operations room is a 10,000 square foot room with the space maintained by a raised floor system.The new facility will house 500 knowledge based jobs, making Air Canada one of the one of the top ten employers in Brampton. The Architect is ZAS Architects and the mechanical consultant is SMITH + ANDERSEN Consulting Engineers.
