The Corus Quay building is the first LEED Gold Building to be built in an effort to redevelop Toronto’s water front. It is an eight story high fully glazed building built on a remediated brownfield site. This building has incorporated a four-storey biofilter, green roofs and rainwater recycling to achieve its LEED Gold certification. The Architect is Diamond Schmitt Architects / Quadrangle Architects Ltd. And the Mechanical Consultant is SMITH + ANDERSEN Consulting Engineers.
