This 22,000 square foot equipment maintenance facility was constructed under tight budget constraints with challenging dehumidification requirements. The Tulsa Army Corps of Engineers partnered with HTS to obtain a system that would meet these needs by providing a large amount of conditioned makeup air, efficiently preconditioning the outside air, and requiring little maintenance. HTS chose AHUs with energy recovery to reuse waste heat, saving the owners money over the life of the system. In total, we provided them with the following equipment:
- Daikin 60 ton air cooled chiller
- Daikin 17300 CFM AHU
- 3 Daikin MakeUp Air AHUs – 45,060 CFM total
- Munters 1415 CFM ERV
- 4 Sterling hot water unit heaters
- 2 Modine gas unit heaters
- 1 Dimplex electric unit heater
- 19 Krueger VAV boxes
- 10 Superior Radiant infrared heaters
- 3 Daikin mini split systems – 4 tons total
