HTS New England was selected as the basis of design to provide the Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering Complex at Northeastern with an HVAC system. The 220,000 square-foot complex houses the top tier research hub for the university.
The state-of-the-art complex needed an HVAC system that would provide a high performance glycol heat recovery coil system to meet laboratory air quality needs. HTS equipped the facility with 7 custom Haakon Supply Air Handling Units, 2 Haakon Lab Exhaust Plenums, and 6 Plasticair Lab Exhaust Fans to supply an energy efficient system.
