St Joseph’s Health Center Main Office Building in Navasota, TX needed a rooftop unit upgrade. Having to meet medical requirements and still provide quality and efficiency, HTS Texas supplied the facility with two Daikin McQuay Maverick II rooftop units (RTUs) and a Daikin mini split system.
The health center wanted a higher quality, more energy-efficient option without breaking the budget. They were looking for HVAC equipment with double-wall construction, high filtration capability, and an open protocol to seamlessly integrate with the existing building automation system. HTS was able to find a solution to all their needs in the Maverick II. The Maverick II also provides a variable air volume system (VAV), allowing for a high level of control for the doctors and patients.
The successful installation of the new RTU’s and positive overall experience led St. Joseph’s Health System back to HTS for various HVAC projects in their other facilities.
