- Past Present Future: The history of how we got to this point and why carbon matters. A review of the current market situation both abroad and local. Review new and upcoming framework for low carbon building development.
- Heating: A review of different low carbon strategies to provide heat and domestic water for facilities. The presentation will talk about heat pump technology and its capabilities for air and water-cooled plants, biomass VRF and electric boilers.
- Filtration: Advances in electronic filtration allow for lower ventilation rates to be used in facilities, reducing both cost, and energy consumption for facilities. We will review the technology and its application in facilities.
- Ventilation Energy Recovery: Review of current codes, technologies available, which technologies far exceed code and do not meet code. Important design considerations such as cross leakage and frost protection in cold ambient conditions.
