Job Description: 

Reporting to the local Principals in Boston, the Marketing Specialist will support internal and external marketing efforts for HTS New England, DXS, and Control Technologies, Inc. (CTI). The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the creation of original and engaging content for the company website, blogs, case studies, and other digital media. This position will also be responsible for managing and coordinating internal marketing campaigns and all other communication pieces as required. The ideal candidate will have entrepreneurial drive, interest in building relationships, and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the company’s social media strategy, web-page content updates, and electronic communication
  • Responsible for creating promotional materials including brochures, newsletters, signage, reports, and other materials for industry events
  • Assist with inbound and outbound marketing activities
  • Monitor and generate reports for email campaigns and website analytics
  • Assist Sales staff by leading marketing events (tradeshows, presentations, networking, etc.)
  • Collaborate with sales staff to gather project information and promote business activities
  • Work with other HTS marketing teams to foster collaboration, trust, and transparency, bringing diverse perspectives to achieve common goals
  • Will be required to travel to event venues within New England periodically, and occasional trips outside of New England for collaboration with other HTS offices.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, or another related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, technical writing, and/or design
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Photoshop), Google Analytics, WordPress web editor, HTML, Sharepoint, and Pardot
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and dedicated person who can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic, creative, collaborative, proactive, and enthusiastic problem-solver
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
