Description

HTS New York is currently looking to add a Marketing Communications Specialist to our established and dynamic team. This person will be based in our New York City office, work with our US marketing team, and will report directly to the New York executive management team. The Marketing Communications Specialist will design and implement marketing plans to promote HTS New York’s products and services to existing and prospective customers through strategic use of digital communication tools like social media, the company website, email campaigns, and graphic collateral.

The Marketing Communications Specialist will be working independently in our New York office, with the support our of US Marketing Manager. As such, our ideal candidate must be able to work independently to confidently drive their own strategy and deadlines. We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in fast-paced environments, have the ability to be analytical in their approach to solving challenges, and a keen interest in measuring success.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of company products and services
  • Protect and maintain the HTS brand guidelines in all digital and print design projects
  • Manage and update content for the New York region of the HTS website
  • Develop engaging email campaigns to nurture leads and current client lists
  • Create dynamic content for social media to drive engagement and awareness of HTS New York projects, industry news, and HTS culture
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop needed marketing collateral, and update and maintain existing asset library
  • Track and interpret analytics to determine results and effectiveness of external communication initiatives, and report ROI to executive management team
  • Collaborate with other HTS marketing teams on global marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate internal and external photography as needed

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, or another related field
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing, communications, technical writing, project management, and/or design

Skills:

  • Adobe Creative Cloud – Intermediate to advanced proficiency
  • Photography – Basic proficiency
  • HTML Code - Basic proficiency
  • MSOffice Suite – Advanced proficiency
  • Microsoft SharePoint – Intermediate proficiency
  • WordPress web editor – Intermediate to advanced proficiency
  • Google Analytics – Intermediate proficiency
  • Marketing Automation System (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) – Intermediate proficiency
