HTS Texas is currently looking to add a Marketing Coordinator to our established and dynamic marketing team. The marketing coordinator creates and maintains online and offline written communication with clients and internal employees to increase brand awareness, nurture customers through the sales funnel, and build and maintain company culture. The marketing coordinator will report to the marketing manager and be tasked with identifying and building long term relationships with target audiences. The marketing coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining and growing our DXS brand, working to grow our presence and audience on web-based platforms.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, and distribute copy and written content for internal & external communication including: Connect, email campaigns, press releases, printed marketing materials, DXS social media, and websites
  • Manage internal communication site for all US employees including content, user onboarding, and design, and collaborate with Canadian marketing team for global Connect content and updates
  • Maintain DXS brand and brand guidelines
  • Maintain and develop content for the DXS websites, and monitor SEO plan
  • Track and interpret analytics to determine results and effectiveness of internal and external communication initiatives
  • Lead design projects for DXS website, social platforms, invites, event signage, brochures, line sheets, advertising, internal communications, etc.
  • Lead efforts in creating video content for recruiting initiatives, and coordinate with outside professionals to produce larger video content showcasing the HTS and DXS brand, services, and unique benefits
  • Design and produce graphics for select email campaigns, HTS University materials, and all DXS communication channels (email, website, social media)
  • Develop and edit technical content
  • Support onboarding for new employees regarding all marketing resources
  • Facilitate various annual surveys to monitor company culture and communication, and maintain employee recognition programs
  • Provide support at customer events as needed

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, or another related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, technical writing, and/or design


  • Adobe suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) – Intermediate to advanced proficiency
  • Attention to detail

  • HTML Code- Basic to Intermediate proficiency
  • MSOffice Word – Intermediate proficiency
  • MSOffice Excel – Intermediate proficiency

Travel: 5%

May be required to travel to event venues within Texas. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
