Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate trade shows & conference participation
• Assist with the organization of customer training seminars/webinars
• Accurately track & update data for customer training initiatives
• Assist in the development of external marketing collateral and communications
• Update content for the Ontario region of the external website
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining marketing budget expenditures via ERP
• Create graphics for digital signage, invitations, brochures, advertisements, newsletters, reports and other materials as required

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s or College Diploma in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising or a related field
• Adobe Creative Cloud – Intermediate to advanced proficiency
• WordPress web editor – Intermediate or advanced proficiency
• Microsoft SharePoint – Beginner to intermediate proficiency
• Experience working with Marketing Automation Systems (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo etc.) preferred
• Must be able to take initiative on projects and work independently
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with an attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize work to meet deadlines
• A passion for marketing, collaboration and implementing new creative strategies
