Jeff Ritchie

Jeff Ritchie graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Delaware. After graduation, he went directly into a sales role at General Electric before joining Carrier.

Prior to co-founding the HTS Boston office in 1997, Jeff worked at Stebbins-Duffy and sold McQuay Applied products for 15 years to consulting engineers and owners. He has been an ASHRAE Boston Chapter member for 32 years and has over 35 years of experience selling complex HVAC systems.

At HTS, Jeff specializes in selling turnkey installations and providing creative solutions, while building key relationships with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, general contractors and building owners. As a founding Partner, Jeff provides a key role in hiring, training, and mentoring.
