Paul Povolo

Having always worked in the construction industry, Paul Povolo began his career with HTS as an engineering co-op student back in 1994. After graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, HTS quickly grew into a lifelong career choice.

Paul, a LEED-accredited Professional Engineer, became a Managing Director and shareholder in 2014. He will continue as a senior sales engineer in the mechanical department.

He is also taking an active role in the growth of the Ontario sheet metal department.  Along with the other founding Principals, Paul believes that as a team we can Deliver Real Success, and dedicates much of his time to HTS’ internal mentoring and leadership programs.

Paul is a graduate of The Directors College program having attained the Chartered Director (C.Dir.) designation from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University.
