Their unique indoor service facility keeps all of their technicians comfortable, but it requires a massive amount of conditioned and dehumidified air. For the best value and efficiency within their budget, HTS equipped them with Daikin units and Kreuger equipment, including:

  • 2 Daikin VAV Rooftop Units -130 tons
  • 2 Daikin RTUs-23 tons
  • 4 Daikin Packaged ERV units-61500 CFM, 200 tons
  • 9 Daikin Minisplits
  • 23 Krueger VAV boxes

The system is ideal for ventilating and conditioning large amount of outside air. It is tied together seamlessly with an HTS Distech DDC Control System.
