Located at the heart of Long Island City, 45-25 Davis Street is a 24-story residential tower that offers great views of Queens and Manhattan’s skylines.
In this project, we were called upon and joined forces with construction management team to create a unique fully electric HVAC solution that could perfectly meet the building’s air conditioning needs. As a result, a Lennox VRF + Klimor DOAS system was proposed and installed.
4 Lennox VRB heat recovery units were installed on the rooftop and piped to a custom set of DX coils within our Klimor DOAS unit. To seamlessly integrate both Lennox and Kmimor units, we’ve also designed a custom direct digital controls box – a true turnkey solution for the owners to stay hassle free.
Also worth noting is that the Klimor unit was assembled through a full knock-down install to help meet construction timeline and budget. All units together make up an system with precise, quiet and efficient climate control plus sufficient ventilation.
