When LCOR, a real estate investment and development company, needed new HVAC systems for its luxurious, 40-story, glass-enclosed Chelsea Stratus Hi-Rise Condominiums in New York City, the company selected HTS New York, recognized for its superior product offerings, design expertise and unique approach to project management.
HTS New York worked closely with engineer Cosentini Associates, general contractor Plaza Construction and mechanical contractor United A/C to provide 513 HTS/Omega Vertical-Stacked Heat Pumps for the six-month project, which is one of the quietest heat pump installations in the market. The client specifically requested separate heat pumps in each of the condos, which sell for upwards of $3 million and are located in one of the city’s most celebrated art and culture sectors.
“The key to this successful job was highly detailed and comprehensive project management,” said Jason Eitel, principal of HTS New York. “HTS New York carefully supervised all subcontractors and aspects of the design selection and installation from hoist times and deliveries to furring details and commissioning.”
