HTS Texas had previous success with similar projects made us the clear choice for this new school in the expanding Judson Independent School District. We provided a complete package of design, airside products, and controls, equipping the building with three Daikin magnetic bearing chillers, 20 AHUs, Danfoss VLT drives, 325 VAVs and grilles, and a total automation system.
The magnetic chillers are up to 40% more efficient than a standard chiller, which will save the district millions of dollars over the life of the equipment and eliminate oil and the risk of contamination.
