Mt Sinai is one of the oldest and largest teaching hospitals in the US, with the St. Luke’s location serving almost 500 patients. Air quality and comfort is of huge importance to healthcare facilities, which is why HTS was chosen as basis of design to replace their old, low efficiency equipment. We provided an Epsilon modular boiler plant with up to 92,500 MTBU/hr of power. This equipment decreased the expenditures of the original design and shortened the project schedule, while minimizing disruption to the hospital’s operation.
