HTS New England Expands Parts and Aftermarket Department

New parts coordinator and locally stocked parts store allow HTS New England to provide comprehensive HVAC solutions.

HTS New England, the New England partner of the largest HVAC manufacturer’s representative in North America, announced the expansion of its parts and aftermarket department with the opening of a locally stocked parts store in the company’s Peabody office. A new parts coordinator, James Leary, will provide equipment expertise and customer service to meet the HVAC parts needs of the New England region.

The parts department at HTS New England aims to serve the maintenance and repair needs of clients throughout the area by providing replacement parts and solutions in a timely manner. Following the company’s merger with Stebbins-Duffy in 2016, HTS New England relocated its Peabody office to a larger facility with 8,000 square feet of warehouse and stocking space. The region’s staff also grew to more than three times its previous size. This growth has allowed for the expansion of the company’s offerings to better meet the broadening needs of the local market.

“By developing our depth and breadth in specific areas, HTS New England can deliver a more comprehensive offering for local customers,” New England principal Peter Foss said. “We strive to serve as one-stop-shop for HVAC solutions for our New England clients, and I’m confident our parts department will create a lasting positive impact on our regional operations.”

Parts representatives at HTS New England provide vast industry knowledge, and are able to source parts from all manufacturers the company represents, as well as any additional parts necessary for individual projects. The Peabody parts location will soon have a fully stocked inventory of OEM parts as well as replacement Daikin WSHP, Applied Comfort PTAC’s, and OMEGA hi-rise heat pumps readily available. Additional aftermarket products can be shipped quickly to minimize downtime caused by system repairs.

“I’m excited about this opportunity to expand our services for customers in New England,” parts coordinator James Leary said. “With a specialized department dedicated to providing aftermarket parts, we can help teams with maintenance needs get their equipment back up and running as soon as possible.”

James Leary joined the HTS New England team in 2017, and was instrumental in opening the company’s parts store in Peabody, MA. His education at Franklin Pierce College in Rindge, NH, combined with his experience working in the construction industry, have allowed him to gain the HVAC knowledge and skills necessary to advise customers and ensure the best parts selection for each unique application. His department strives to deliver unparalleled customer service to ease the stress of equipment repairs and provide convenient, dependable solutions.

“Our end goal is to enhance the experience of everyone involved with a project’s HVAC system, including end users and facilities maintenance,” Leary said. “The parts department is an important link in continuing to improve operations throughout the product life cycle.”

HTS New England’s offerings include a full range of departments focused on equipment, building automation systems, parts, and service. This allows the company to serve architects, engineers, contractors, building owners, and facilities maintenance teams by providing support for HVAC systems from selection and installation through ongoing product maintenance.
