For this renovation project, HTS provided two Daikin Maverick II packaged VAV rooftop units utilizing MERV 8 13 filters, R-410a refrigerant, and outdoor air monitoring. Heat is provided to the building through 20 fan-powered VAV boxes. Energy costs have decreased $2,000/year versus the previous HVAC system.
