Clay Condrey

Clay Condrey brings more than 23 years of HVAC experience to his role as an HTS Texas Principal.  Clay began his career as a Systems Sales Engineer for Carrier South Texas in 2000 after earning his Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University.  He has also previously served as a Director and  Principal of Wireless Metro and OfficeConnect.net.  Clay joined the HTS Texas team in 2005 and held the roles of System Sales Engineer and Team Leader before becoming a Principal in 2016.  As a principal, Clay leads HTS Texas’s collegiate recruiting and internship programs, coordinates internal cooperation between HTS & DXS’s specialized sales groups, and is responsible for growing our business into West Texas territories.

Clay’s project management skills have helped achieve success for HTS’s customers on complex projects that utilize the wide range of HTS offerings, including building automation controls, mechanical equipment, airside products, and equipment specialized for hazardous environments.  His detail-oriented approach to his career has earned him a dependable reputation as an HVAC system expert with his customers and co-workers alike.  Outside of work, Clay enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, snowboarding and reading.
