Stephen Poles

Stephen Poles, an owner of HTS Texas, serves as the Branch Manager of the Dallas and Fort Worth offices. He has executive responsibility for the HTS Airside Products Group and is the current President of Oslin Nation, a newly acquired HTS company. Additionally, Steve is leading the integration of the Oslin Nation and HTS Texas businesses. Steve joined HTS in 2015 and brings 26 years of experience in the HVAC industry. After graduating from Penn State with a degree in mechanical engineering, Stephen started his career as a sales engineer for Trane in the New York City market.

Following a move to Minnesota, he then enjoyed a successful tenure with Daikin Applied, serving as a Regional Manager, General Manager and Vice President of North American Sales where he developed high-level relationships with many of the same Dallas customers he supports today. Stephen also held senior executive level positions at Arizon Companies and Price Industries. With his background in sales and corporate executive roles, Stephen brings a unique perspective to the HTS team.

Stephen is active in the local chapter of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers). As a founding member of the Dallas 2030 districts, Stephen and the HTS North Texas team are committed to developing, implementing, and promoting sustainable practices that will result in lower energy and utility consumption while reducing Dallas’ overall environmental impact.
