HTS was chosen as basis of design as it provided the best plan and option to reduce energy. The owner wanted a cost-effective system that would provide energy savings and year-round dehumidification control. HTS found the solution by providing 2 Daikin Magnitude Magnetic Bearing Water Cooled Chillers totaling 500 tons. These highly efficient chillers have been proven to provide significant payback for facilities and greatly reduce energy consumption.
