Warranty Claims Made Easy: Daikin VRV Edition

Filing a warranty claim on your equipment parts can be stressful – especially if you’re not sure where to start. The HTS Parts Department is here to make that process easier on you. Know the information you need to provide, so we can get your Daikin equipment back up and running in no time.

What does the parts department need to know?

To file a Daikin VRV warranty claim, our parts department will need you to provide:

• Model and serial number of the equipment.
• The description of part needed and any manufacture information off of the part.
  • HTS will identify the factory part #
• The reason for the part failure.
• The job site name and address of the equipment.
• The date of installation along with the date of failure.
• A brief description of the diagnosis from the service technician.

Without the above information, it will delay the warranty claim and draw out the process of getting your system fixed. This vital information is key for expediting the warranty process.

Hello my name is Leo, and I am a parts sales rep here at our Houston location. I am originally from the Washington D.C. area, but my family and I have resided in Houston since 2012. I enjoy spending time with my three sons and going out on my free time. Since I have been living in Texas, I have come to fall in love with the culture here. I truly believe this is the best state to live in, but I still consider myself to be a huge D.C. sports fan. I also believe that the learning process is a never ending process.

I love to read books and learn about world history. Keeping up with the news and world affairs is a hobby of mine. Some people say that I am a conspiracy theorist, but most of the conspiracies have turned out to be true. One of my favorite quotes is by Benjamin Franklin “Tell me and I forget, Teach me and I may remember, Involve me and I learn”. I’m a firm believer that this is the best country in the world, and we are all blessed to call this wonderful nation home.

Hello, my name is Sam Richardson. I’m a Houston native originally from the North West side of town. I recently graduated from Texas State University with honors and moved back to Houston to be closer to family.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, playing music and various outdoor activities. One accomplishment that I am very proud of is the fact that I am an Eagle Scout.
