Meet the team

With so many stores across Texas, we thought you’d like to meet the people behind the parts. This month we’re visiting our San Antonio store. Read about Stan, Russell and Tom below and say hello the next time you stop in!

STAN DAVIS

Stan is a 24 year veteran in the HVAC industry, Starting as a service dispatcher, he worked his way through service sales, light commercial and residential Sales Manager, Territory manager, the list goes on.

Stan has been in San Antonio since 1997 mainly working on the distribution side of the business until joining HTS in 2012. With him, he brought a desire to learn, a will to win, and most importantly,the drive to take care of anything the customer may want, or need. His experiences from being on the service and distribution sides of the business push him to do it better than any competitors.

“Our Central Texas parts and aftermarket team strive on a daily basis to provide answers in a fast, and most importantly an accurate manner. We are one team, pushing daily to accomplish both personal and professional goals, exceeding the customers’ expectations in every way. We always respect the trust and faith placed in us by our customers,” says Stan.

RUSSELL BROCKMAN

Russell has been in & out of the industry since his junior year in high school where he attended A/C & Refrigeration classes in both his Junior & Senior years. As part of the VICA Club he placed 3rd in State his senior year.

After high school, he went on to work for Abilene ISD in the HVAC Dept. for 2 years and then moved to San Antonio, went to St. Philips College, took A/C & Refrigeration classes and graduated with A/C Refrigeration – Certificate of Completion.

After 16 years of working for Cardell Cabinets in the parts department, he applied for the position at HTS and it’s all history from there.

Russell enjoys the day to day challenges, locating hard to find parts for customers and making customers happy. “Russell pulls through every day. He shows up early, stays late, and is always ready to go the extra mile for a customer. His follow up and customer service skills are incredible. Customers appreciate him,” says Stan Davis about Russell’s work ethic.

During lunch, you might find Russell at one of his favorite BBQ spots in San Antonio: BBQ Station, 2 Brothers BBQ or Blanco BBQ. His ideal way to spend a day off of work consists of spending time with his family, traveling, fishing, camping or working on his son’s VW Bug.

TOM BIEDIGER

After Tom was released from the military in 1971, he needed a job and he thought to himself, “why not air conditioning?” And so he made a career out of working on chillers until he retired in 2012.

Tom’s favorite part of working in the HTS parts department is that he is still connected to the industry and people that he has dealt with for years.

“Tom is a man of few words. A man with his experience has a lot to share. We are grateful that he has chosen to share that knowledge and experience with us. It’s amazing how many seasoned chiller technicians that come into the store that Tom trained and worked with over his career in the business,” says Stan Davis.
