Located in Toronto, the Park Hyatt Hotel brings a luxurious and modern look to Yorkville – one of city’s fanciest neighborhoods. The reconstruction of the building included 220 additional guestrooms and suites, a ballroom, meeting and event space, restaurant, spa, and a roof lounge.
Due to Park Hyatt being an existing building, there was very limited mechanical space available. HTS worked closely with the owner to create a solution that would meet strict requirements for performance while also providing design flexibility to make the most efficient use of the space given.
