HTS New England was selected to supply the new construction of Vivo Apartment Homes with heat pumps. Vivo Apartment Homes, located in Cambridge, MA, houses eight residential floors and has over 88,000 square-feet of livable space. The building is LEED Silver Certified, making it resource efficient and environmentally friendly for the neighborhood.
HTS New England worked our first vertical heat pump job with Omega to successfully install 126 3/4 ton Vertical Stack Heat Pumps and six 1 ton Vertical Stack Heat Pumps, along with two 3/4 ton Daikin Enfinity Horizontal Heat Pumps and one 1 ton Daikin Enfinity Horizontal Heat Pump.
The entire installation will provide Vivo Apartment Homes with a long term heating and cooling solution for the whole building and its many residents.
