David Warner

David Warner is principal and vice president of HTS Chicago and manager of the Chicago office with decades of successful experience in the HVAC industry.

David joined HTS in 1999 and has an extensive background in sales and sales management. Before joining HTS, he worked at Johnson Controls, where he was a national sales leader and managed the Loop and Naperville sales offices. As a manufacturers’ representative for Phoenix Controls he has regularly achieved the Sales Top 10 list. He is passionate about sustainable solutions that improve the safety, comfort and efficiency of indoor environments.

David is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers, the American Society for Healthcare Engineering and the International Society of Professional Engineering.

David graduated from the University of Illnois with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and is a certified professional engineer in both Illinois and Wisconsin. He and his wife are founding members of a Classical Christian School and both enjoy historic preservation.
