Paul Naizer

Paul Naizer joined the HVAC industry in 2002 where he worked for Lennox Industries and Carrier before joining the HTS team in 2008. As Principal, not only does he manage the San Antonio office, he also is in charge of various HTS Texas’ strategic initiatives including company growth.

Before he was promoted to principal, Paul was the San Antonio Branch manager. In this role, he earned the Daikin Applied Pinnacle Award, a prestigious honor that commends leaders who help their companies grow and increase market presence and community involvement while promoting employee and supplier relations. Throughout his career, he has also received numerous individual sales awards from Daikin Applied, Lennox Industries, and Carrier.

Paul is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he received his bachelor of science in industrial distribution. He is a LEED Green Associate and stays active in the construction industry through the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Mechanical Contractors Associations of Texas (MCA), the San Antonio North Chamber of Commerce, and the San Antonio Association of Building Engineers (SAABE).

In his free time, Paul can be found volunteering at his local church and the Knights of Columbus, coaching little league baseball and softball, or cheering on TAMU during football season.
