This new construction at Admirals Row in Brooklyn Navy Yard needed a boiler system, so our team worked with Epsilon Industries to design a prefabricated plant that included two condensing boilers. A prefabricated solution allowed the equipment to be assembled, inspected, and quality-tested in a controlled factory environment while still meeting the rigorous specifications of the project. It also provided for a smooth plug-and-play installation experience with an expedited schedule.
