One of only four locations in the US, the goal of the Avia Hotel in the Woodlands was to promote their brand’s sophistication and luxury. Their main concern was humidity control, especially in the common areas around their infinity pool and spa.
HTS was able to provide maximum comfort for these spaces and 70 guest rooms with 78 DX split systems to save space with fewer, more compact outdoor units, 2 Munters DryCool Systems to regulate humidity with less energy, and 3 Qmark Electric Heaters and a McQuay Air Cooled Package for the greatest level of cooling per ton.
