The Carrville Community Centre project showcases a wide range of high-performance HVAC and mechanical equipment selected to support efficiency, comfort, and system reliability. The construction team implemented innovative low-temperature heating technology throughout the facility, including Jaga Mini Canal Perimeter Trench Heaters. This contributed to high Coefficients of Performance (COP) on the central heating system while delivering a sleek, modern aesthetic.
A sustainable open loop geothermal plant was used to serve the new recreation and library facility, providing a low-carbon solution for year-round comfort. HTS supplied Aermec Water Source Heat Pumps to support decarbonized heating and cooling. Additionally, the domestic water system was outfitted with PVI Electric and Gas Water Heaters to minimize the annualized carbon footprint while maintaining the integrity of the electrical infrastructure. This integrated system highlights a forward-thinking approach to modern building design and energy performance.
