The CS Science Park, located in College Station, is a 168,000 square foot science research and development park. The space contains several different elements including offices, analytical, wet, biosafety and optics labs, leasable lab space and a restaurant.
HTS Texas worked to put together an HVAC system that was both efficient and served the specific needs of the lab space like air quality and fume control. A highly advanced TRIATEK Fume Hood Controller was installed. This fume hood comes equipped with an LCD display and can be easily integrated into the building automation system. For efficient cooling, a Daikin McQuay Maverick II packaged rooftop unit was also provided.
