Derry Green Industrial Park embraces modern HVAC technology to support energy-efficient building operation and reduced environmental impact. The project implemented a fully electric heating and cooling strategy using Daikin heat pump systems integrated with Tempeff Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs), providing constant fresh air with high-efficiency energy recovery.
The HVAC system utilizes exhaust air to pre-condition incoming outdoor air, minimizing energy demand for heating and cooling while maintaining consistent indoor comfort. This integrated approach highlights a forward-thinking mechanical design that balances efficiency, comfort, and long-term sustainability for an industrial facility.
