This building has 125,000 square feet of contemporary office space that has been leased to DuPont Canada and Maxxam Analytics. The Aaon packaged rooftop unit is evaporatively cooled for high efficiency at full load with digital scrolls for higher part load efficiency. The Dupont office has achieved LEED Silver certification.
