HTS New York was chosen to provide a high quality air conditioning solution to the new construction in Essex Crossing. Located at 242 Broome Street, the 14-floor building needed an HVAC system that would not disturb residents, while also being energy efficient. The residential building will feature three penthouses, a fitness center, and an entertainment lounge.
HTS equipped the building with 183 Horizontal Heat Pumps, 76 H&V Units, and 1 Valent 100%OA Packaged Rooftop Air Conditioning Unit. The building is currently becoming LEED certified to become a resource efficient facility.
