The Fisher Park Complex required an HVAC solution that could improve energy efficiency, reduce noise, and support the facility’s decarbonization objectives. The selected system combined advanced equipment designed to provide reliable comfort while lowering overall energy consumption and sound output.
An air-cooled magnetic bearing chiller was chosen for its exceptionally low sound power levels and high efficiency. Jaga Briza Fan Coils were selected for their slim design, low power consumption, and ability to deliver strong performance at low hot-water temperatures. Viessmann boilers and Bell & Gossett pumps completed the system, ensuring dependable operation and optimized hydronic performance.
This upgrade replaced electric baseboard heating with a more efficient low-temperature water system, significantly improving energy use across the building and aligning with broader sustainability goals.
