Grandview Kids required an HVAC solution that balanced performance, budget, and long-term flexibility as part of a collaborative design-build approach. Equipment selections were made to support the functional needs of a children’s treatment centre while maintaining efficiency and reliability across the facility.
A centralized boiler plant was implemented for heating, creating a system approach that supports future decarbonization opportunities. High-efficiency DX rooftop units were selected to provide dependable cooling performance, while additional system components were coordinated to ensure comfort, air quality, and consistent operation throughout the building.
