HTS was chosen as the basis of design to renovate this 12-floor hotel. The fan coil units were 20-30 years old and in desperate need of replacement; we had the ability to do this without replacing the chilled water risers and coordinate with the owner on a strict delivery schedule. Over the course of three years, the hotel shut down one floor at a time during periods of low business.
By the end of the project, HTS provided 889 IEC fan coil units, which could connect to existing risers and fit size, cost, and performance requirements. The slide-out coils and fans make maintenance and cleaning much easier in the future. Our commitment to visiting the job site to discuss the owner’s needs face-to-face expedited the smooth completion of the project.
