HTS is the preferred provider for the developer of the Kelsey Seybold hospital group after their previous supplier proved to be unreliable and unable to complete projects in a timely manner. The contractor on the project, Ogdon, reached out to HTS knowing we could provide equipment that met the customer’s needs and tight timeline. HTS has completed 13 medical office buildings projects with Kelsey Seybold so far, outfitting these buildings with custom rooftop units that provide over 1300 tons of cooling. We are currently in the construction phase of four ground-up hospitals and seven expansion projects that will total about 3000 tons of custom chillers and RTUs.
