The design of the LCBO HQ, a 25-storey office tower located within the Sugar Wharf Condo development in Downtown Toronto, Canada, was meticulously planned to prioritize sound control and comfort. LCBO occupies approximately one-third of the office space and includes a prominent 25,000 sq.ft. flagship retail store on the ground floor. The project aimed to create a peaceful and pleasant environment for both customers and employees, with special attention given to meeting strict sound criteria to ensure optimal acoustics within the space.
