The rooftop units at Mayhill Hospital were at the end of their lifespan and the owner wanted to replace them before compromising the hospital’s operation with unit failures. Our team leveraged their relationship with Entech Fort Worth to push for a more efficient/robust solution upgrading the building to the first Rebel Applied offering in the Fort Worth area for HTS after the owner showed interest in the new product offering.
This renovation led our team to install 185 tons of replacement packaged Daikin RTUs across four units. We utilized precise curb adapter coordination for a seamless installation for the Rebel Applied solution. The Daikin Rebel Applied was the highlight of this project as it helped lockout our competition.
In addition to the products we installed, our team worked diligently to coordinate delivery and scheduling efforts for minimal hospital downtime. The project was an overall success and HTS now has an ongoing partnership with the hospital to upgrade all units with Daikin equipment.
