Low temperature radiators from Jaga were implemented to provide maximum heat output for the building while utilizing low temperature water provided by the district energy system and central heat recovery chiller. Fresh air units were provided with heat recovery coils to allow future tenants to recover heat from their laboratory exhaust air streams. Humidification steam is generated at the air handlers using electricity as the energy source.
Haakon custom air handlers were chosen based on our ability to support the rapidly evolving design of the IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) Team.
HTS supplied the following equipment:
- Haakon Custom Air Handling Units (Roof Mounted with Service Corridor)
- HTS Controls
- DriSteem Humidifiers (Electric Steam Generators)
- Daikin Applied Horizontal Fan Coils
- Aldes Heat Recovery Ventilator
- Bell & Gossett / Xylem Pumps
- Kinetics Vibration Isolation Products & HTS Seismic Restraint Design
- Jaga Free Standing & Wall Mounted Radiators
- Sigma Forceflow Heaters and Low Water Temperature Unit Heaters
