The 88,000 square foot Mustang Engineering office building in Deer Park, TX needed a high efficiency HVAC system that provided optimum control for its occupants.
Chosen as the basis of design, HTS Texas worked with the engineer and the client to select the best equipment for the building’s needs. From its wide array of products, HTS outfitted the client with 200+ tons of Daikin RTUs, 30+ VAV boxes and a full Siemens Talon VAV control system. Together, these products create a highly efficient HVAC system and provide the tenants with the control they wanted.
